Public Safety & Security Management

This course will introduce international learners to police-related command and control tactics and strategies to manage both natural and human-made disasters. This includes pre-planned and spontaneous major events and other public order related issues, where large or boisterous crowds require management. The course provides practical examples of crowd safety techniques, planning requirements, event security, and both personal and team crowd management concepts.
