Course Goal(s): This course will provide the candidates with the background information and history to understand the evolution of the Canadian Justice System Learning Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to: . Discuss similarities and disparities between his/her domestic justice system and the Canadian system . Discuss areas of mutual aid and cooperation between the two countries Course Topics/Content: This course will present case studies from Canadian Justice System and provide parallels with other country's justice options
