Exterior Team Leader for Indigenous Communities.

This course is designed to meet the job performance requirements of the BC Firefighter Minimum Competencies and Training Standard (The Playbook) for Exterior Team Leader. The target audience for this training is officers and leaders within First Nation fire departments. Leaders will gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead and direct operations at a fire incident. Through scenario-based learning, learners will practice leading, directing and making decisions at typical types of fire incidents encountered within their communities.
