Course Details
This course provides participants with information on developing personal preparedness programs for individuals, families, communities and workplaces. Participants will learn different ways to inform and engage individuals around their personal planning for, responding to and recovery from emergencies and disasters.
Instructor-Led Online
This online course is structured with weekly deadlines to keep learners on track and engaged in a fast-paced, interactive learning environment. Students are expected to participate actively in discussion boards, collaborate with peers, and complete assignments on a set schedule, ensuring steady progress throughout the course. All course assessments and activities must be completed to successfully pass this course.
In-Class
This course is conducted over one day in a classroom setting. In addition to the scheduled public offerings, this course is available to organizations on a contract basis.
