Course Details

The SAR Management Current Practices course is an opportunity for SAR managers who have not taken a management course in the last five years to become reacquainted with skills and knowledge necessary to effectively and efficiently manage SAR operations. The course reintroduces participants to SAR management principles and practices, Incident Command System considerations, search theory and probability and lost person behaviour as well as an opportunity to share best practices with other practicing SAR managers.   • Complete EMRG-1781 and EMRG-1200.
