Are you achieving the organizational or community change you desire with your programs? Program evaluation is critical to understanding if your programs are making a difference, and for measuring the impact of your programs in any workplace or community setting. This course will provide an overview of the types of evaluation models available and equip you with the tools needed to effectively evaluate your programs. You will have the opportunity to develop an evaluation framework that is both meaningful and practical for your organization. Instructor: Kylie Hutchinson. This course is appropriate for any program manager or instructor wanting to effectively measure program impacts and can be used as an elective in the Instructor Development Certificate and the Certificate in Applied Leadership .(Formerly INDC110)
