Course Details

Learners will define the elements of a project; assess how the elements inter-relate for project success; and apply this to support a project from inception through to conclusion and evaluation. Learners develop an understanding of the whole process and characteristics of effective project management, including project initiation, project planning, project implementation and project termination.
