Course Details

Learners will examine various leadership styles, philosophies and theories with a view to identify effective leadership practices. Learners will address fundamental leadership challenges and practical applications in law enforcement environments. The concepts of leadership through the examination of the difference between management and leadership, organizational culture, and the leader-follower relationship are also examined and explored. (Formerly BLES312)
