Course Details

This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to give evidence in a professional manner when called on to testify in a legal proceeding, such as a trial or hearing. Participants will learn how to prepare for their appearance, articulate their evidence fully both in direct evidence and under cross-examination, and learn how to present physical exhibits properly. Each participant will be afforded a brief opportunity to present evidence and be cross-examined. (Formerly IE164;POL717)
