Course Details

Choosing the right activity can make all the difference in the transfer of learning. In this course, you will compare and contrast a variety of activities to engage learners, such as introductions, energizers, closings, case studies, simulations, games and powerful questions. You will assess the appropriate activity to choose for a specific learning outcome. Each learner will have the opportunity to demonstrate an activity for feedback. By the end of this course, you will have developed a tool kit of activities that can be used in a variety of instructional settings. It is recommended you complete INDC101 Instructional Design before completing this course. This course can be used in the Instructor Development Certificate program. (Formerly INDC113)
