Course Details

Leadership in a complex workplace requires self-awareness, conscious use of specific skills and a clear intention to bridge to others in order to achieve and sustain effective collaborative relationships. In this course, you will explore the essential components of collaboration, ranging from developing a collaborative mindset, emotional intelligence, conscious verbal and nonverbal communication, intentional listening, and more.. You will engage in productive conversations openly and with respect so that you can learn what it takes to truly collaborate with team members, other members of your organization, as well as other stakeholders. You will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be an authentic leader and how to engage mindfully and intentionally with those around you.
