Course Details

In this course, you will learn how to apply resolution theory with the best of conflict coaching skills to equip you to help others effectively and proactively deal with their conflicts in personal, workplace and community settings. This course will benefit everyone, and will be of particular interest to leaders, helpers, coaches and conflict resolvers. Conflict coaching is a dynamic method of employing careful use of powerful questions, unique listening skills, and selecting action-oriented options to create durable, values-based resolutions. The skills and applications you learn in this foundational course provide you with practical, effective methods to reduce the effects of conflict and create new options for change.

This course is offered face-to-face and online. Please ensure you are registering for the correct version of this course. If you register for the online version please note the following:

Online: The online version of this course is highly interactive and follows a pre-determined timeline with both Synchronous and A-Synchronous activities. Participants should plan to spend a full day (8 hours) for each course day to complete these activities. Synchronous (live) activities are completed online through a virtual classroom with other students and the instructor. Asynchronous activities (self-access) will be completed on your own during designated times throughout the day.

Learners must have a camera and microphone. For an improved learning experience learners are encouraged to use a headset with mic rather than the computer speakers and internal mic.
