OVERDUE FEES & CHARGES
One week after the due date
- Overdue notice sent to the borrower
One month after the due date
- A second overdue notice is sent to the borrower
Sixty (60) days after the due date
- An invoice for the cost of the item plus a $20 processing fee is sent to the borrower. The minimum charge is $40 per item.
Note
- Borrowers with invoiced overdue items will not be able to register for courses or receive official transcripts.
- No further borrowing until the item(s) is returned or the invoice is paid. Overdue fees are not charged.
