About the speaker: Leslie Palleson is a seasoned lawyer and mediator with extensive experience in resolving conflicts involving relationships, including child protection, family separation, and workplace disputes. Called to the bar in 1994, she has specialized in mediation and conflict resolution since 2014. Leslie teaches conflict resolution at the Justice Institute of British Columbia and is currently pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing at UBC, blending her expertise in conflict with her passion for storytelling.
