Becoming a trauma-informed leader requires shifts in our approaches to interactions within our scope of responsibility. In this course, learners will deepen their understanding of trauma-informed, relational leadership by promoting trauma awareness, safety, choice, and skill/strength building in all aspects of leadership from hiring to coaching employees through performance, conflict, and change. Learners will explore methods for evaluating the effectiveness of these practices, fostering personal and collective resilience and establish mechanisms for ongoing feedback to support the continuous growth of traumainformed leadership strategies.
