Foundations of Leadership Nunavut

Foundations of Leadership provides the knowledge and skills to deal with a variety of issues that are faced by a correctional supervisor, or by those who will be acting in a correctional supervisor role. This course is based on the behaviour modeling concept. The learning approach uses a combination of theory, video demonstrations and discussions followed by skill-based role-plays that are based on the learner's personal work related issues and challenges.
