Course Details

Learn about the important role exercises play in emergency planning. Develop a multi-year exercise program. Plan, design, develop, conduct, evaluate, and improve discussion- and operations-based exercises. Determine scope and objectives and examine budget requirements, scenario development, and logistical considerations that must be considered in the design of exercises. Troubleshoot issues which arise during the conduct of an exercise, identify evaluation methods that will be used to ensure exercise objectives are achieved, and explore methods for identifying and applying corrective actions.
