Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) Processes and Practices is the second course in a series that provides foundational knowledge and skills for those assigned to a health-focused emergency operation centre. The course provides knowledge and skills related to information management, action planning, decision-making, resource management, and demobilization process and practices, which build the core operational and management activities within an EOC.
