Course Details

The Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) program offers an introduction to healthcare education for students intending to apply to a primary care paramedicine program or complete provincial EMR licensing examinations. In this course students will gain foundational knowledge in anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology and develop skills and abilities related to trauma life-support and treatment guidelines.
