Course Details

The ability to effectively manage workplace conflict is a key competency for leaders. Yet conflict is one of the most challenging forms of social interaction. It taps into our values, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, judgments, and emotions and is greatly influenced by the skills and aptitudes of the individuals involved. By learning and applying collaborative conflict resolution practices, participants will maximize opportunities to strengthen colleague relationships and build resilient workplace teams.
