Advanced Facilitation Skills for Trainers

This course offers experienced trainers advanced facilitation skills required to deliver highly effective training to teams. The concepts and skills developed in this course will enhance their current training strengths and provide trainers with techniques to create engaging training. Learners will develop and facilitate a short training or presentation session, receive feedback from their peers and coaching from the lead facilitator. Through a combination of interactive exercises and practice facilitation, learners will acquire transferable training and facilitation skills that they can relate to their own context.
