Course Details
This course engages learners in exploring the development of multi-functional, multi-agency, operations-based exercises. Building on the basic concepts learned in Exercise Design Fundamentals, learners will explore the development of complex and operations-based exercises including identifying funding and organizational risk challenges, reviewing the structure and function of multi-agency Master Sequence of Events Lists, examining the structure of multi-agency objectives and supporting scenarios, processes for working with exercise design teams and consultants, methods for developing internal and external communications protocols, and actions supporting evaluation, after-action reporting, and continuous learning.

This online course is structured with weekly deadlines to keep learners on track and engaged in a fast-paced, interactive learning environment. Students are expected to participate actively in discussion boards, collaborate with peers, and complete assignments on a set schedule, ensuring steady progress throughout the course.
